So for the first 5 years of being stationed here at Fort Bragg I happily took my vehicles to this location, service was great. You could set appointments for the maintenance you needed and it was provided exactly as requested. This past year and some change however, this location's service bar has dropped beyond unsatisfactory. Call to make an appointment ahead of time, becomes a walk-in and they'll get to it when they get to it. In addition they've begun adding additional services beyond whatever you request and authorize, charging for work you don't ask for or need. As well, I recently got a full service on my vehicle, 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, air filters, sensors, oil, alignment, the works. Cost a good amount. I bring the vehicle in for 2 new tires, that's it just tires, and all of a sudden all of the work I got done just a couple weeks prior needs to be done again, based off a "diagnostic" they provided and charged me for outside of my request or authorization. Not coming here again, strongly recommend others to take their vehicles elsewhere as well.

Not sure about the other reviews because I had 5-star customer service with Rocheal and the team at this location. Routing maintenance brake flush was done with professionalism at a great price. I will be coming back for routine service work for my family vehicles!

I made my appointment about a week ago. The appointment was for 8am and I arrived at 740. I only asked for brakes and rotors on my front end of my jeep compass. I asked for an estimate and I was told around $400. I waited for over 5 hours, 2 of which my car remained up on the platform untouched. Then when I received my receipt, I discovered that they also did a coolant flush which I already had completed 3 months ago when I had my oil changed at another facility. I was charged over $500 which was more than the original estimate. I won’t be going back here. The staff was polite, but several customers were complaining in the lobby because of the extra things they were looking for and were not requested. Most people in the lobby were experienced adults that clearly understand vehicle maintenance. Patronizing customers as if we’re clueless is not professional. Adding unrequested services is taking advantage of customers. I have had services complete here twice and didn’t experience this the first time. I’m not sure what changed but they need to stop doing things without asking.

Hello I have a 2021 GMC Sierra with a 2” level kit I had gone in to have them do an alignment ($132.40) on my vehicle. I attempted to leave but noticed my front tires rubbing the back part of my fenders much worse and the sway bar/sway bar link rubbing the CV axle. I didn’t get past the north post PX parking lot before noticing the problem and turning around. The tires rubbing the fender is no big deal. The issue was the sway bar components rubbing another piece of metal on my vehicle. After communicating that it wasn’t like this when I brought it in they eventually recommended longer sway bars. That will fixed the issue was their argument. IT WASNT AN ISSUE TO BEGIN WITH. I had took my vehicle to another auto shop and explained my problem. It was fixed in under 30min having my pay for another alignment ($85.35). This had showed me that the lack of knowledge the mechanics at this specific place have is very very overwhelming in a bad way. It also makes me wonder how they were going to allow a customer to leave like that and be satisfied with the work they had done. Did they even test drive my vehicle to make sure all is well?? There is no ability to listen to the customer and b

I am extremely concerned about the workmanship and lack of accountability from the Firestone location on Fort Bragg. In June 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an alignment prior to traveling out of state for a funeral. This was the second funeral in a 2 week time span, so I was significantly emotionally drained. I purchased the lifetime alignment package based on years of positive experiences with Firestone as a military family. At the time, my tires were brand new, installed the week prior and driven less than 50 miles. I was not provided an alignment report or any documentation showing before-and-after specifications. I was simply handed the keys and told the vehicle was good to go. I know I should have asked for one, but I was so pre-occupied with everything that was going on and the last minute travels that I was honestly just going through the motions. By late August, the vehicle began experiencing handling issues. I drive an Alfa Romeo Q4 (AWD), and the all-wheel drive system appeared to be engaging excessively. Assuming it was a mechanical issue, I spent several hundred dollars replacing components. By mid October, the vehicle felt unsafe enough that I stopped driving it
